  1. Perform well in school-  Concentrate, listen and do the work required of you. Be sure to ask questions if you don't understand. Don't feel stupid; you may have a harder time learning about history or math than animals. Certain classes may allow you to listen to calm or classical music while you are working on questions. If you listen to music, make sure you don't get distracted by it.

Unhealthy school environments can affect children’s health, attendance, concentration and performance, as well as lead to expensive, time-consuming cleanup and remediation activities. Schools in better physical condition report improved academic performance while schools with fewer janitorial personnel and higher maintenance backlogs report poorer academic performance.

2. Spend time with friend- Catch up on each other’s news, talk about things you enjoy and generally hang out together during the breaks. Good friends are good for your health. Friends can help you celebrate good times and provide support during bad times. Friends can also:

1. Increase your sense of belonging and purpose,

2. Boost your happiness and reduce your stress,

3. Improve your self-confidence and self-worth,

4. Help you cope with traumas, such as divorce, serious illness, job loss or the death of a loved one.

3. Lunch- During the school you should eat healthy food with classmates. Lunch may have even more importance for school-aged children than it does for adults. Since most kids don’t get breakfast or dinner at school and may not have any snacks until they get home, lunch is the only meal they have to power them through the day.
