Practice improves Communication skills.

Communication skills are very important for everyone. No one developed these skills in one day as much you use these in your daily life your skills will definitely improve. Developing advanced communication skills begins with simple interactions. Communication skills can be practiced every day in settings that range from the social to the professional. New skills take time to refine, but each time you use your communication skills, you open yourself to opportunities. So please try to learn new things such as new word, listen to the news, read English newspaper, they really help improve your skills and enhance your vocab too.


Make eye-contact during a conversation.

Eye contact is really important during a conversation it shows your confidence level. So whether you are speaking or listening, looking into the eyes of the person with whom you are conversing, it can make the interaction more successful. Eye contact shows your interest and encourages your partner to be interested in you in return. Please try to make eye-contact when you are communicating with anyone.

Using gestures make you more presentable.

When you are talking about gestures, so in this, not only your hand moments but also your facial expression, even your whole body postures are also involved. According to UCLA research has shown that only 7 percent of communication is based on the actual words we say. As for the rest, 38 percent comes from tone of voice and the remaining 55 percent comes from body language. Make your whole body talk. Use smaller gestures for individuals and small groups. So you can communicate with everyone in an easy manner and things are clear to everyone.


Be aware of what your body is saying.

When you talk about your communication skills so your body language can say much more than your words. Such as an open arm relaxed at your sides tells anyone around you that you are approachable and open to hearing what they have to say. On the other hand, arms crossed and shoulders hunched shows your disinterest in conversation or unwillingness to communicate with that person. Using appropriate gesture and approachable techniques can convert even difficult conversation into a simple and interesting one.  Psychologically, crossed legs or crossed arms are a signal that you are mental, emotionally, and physically blocked off. So please try to use those gestures which create a positive impact on everyone.

Develop effective listening skills

Not only you should be able to speak effectively, one must listen to the other person's words and engage in communication on what the other person is speaking about. Avoid the impulse to listen for the end of their sentence so that you can blurt out the ideas or memories your mind while the other person is speaking.


Maintain a positive attitude and smile.

This is the best way to communicate even when you are speaking on the phone, smile because your positive attitude will shine through and the other person will know it. When you smile often and using a positive attitude, people will automatically respond positively to you. So try to develop these skills so whenever you interact with someone it creates a great impact.

 Be brief, yet specific.

 For written and verbal communication, practice being brief yet specific enough, that you provide enough information for the other person to understand what you are trying to say. And if you are responding to an email, make sure that you read the entire email before crafting your response. With enough practice, you will easily deliver your message to your listeners.

Talk with Intelligence

It is okay to use acronyms and informal language when you are communicating with your friends, but if you are emailing or texting your elders, “Hey,” “TTYL” or any informal language, has no place in your message. Some acronyms have different meanings to different people, do you want to be misunderstood? .So please carefully use such acronym. Effective communicators target their message based on who they are speaking to, so try to keep the other person in mind, when you are trying to get your message across.

Talking is the important part of communication. Always End conversation effectively or pleasantly without any use of arrogance.

When you are talking to someone then don’t be rude to them. Even when a conversation is interesting, you sometimes have to end it before the other person is ready, so always try to use some positive approaches. If you want that your conversation always creates a great impact on another one so never show arrogance during the conversation. It helps you to increase your communication skill and patience, so you can easily deal the situation which isn't in the favor of you.
