For a positive visualization recall all the positive qualities that you bring to the same level as you can think of. Be clear on your goals enhance your self-esteem

Goal-setting increases your self-confidence because it makes you feel like you are working toward something positive and it enhances your performance too. For example, if your goal is to give a presentation, make sure you got your point across and said it clearly, and in a confident manner. The more goals you achieve, the more confident you may become. So please think about the purpose of the activity you are doing. Set specific goals for what you are about to do. Focus on achieving those goals instead of thinking about what might go wrong.

Face your fears/ Do one thing that scares you every day.

You should try your best that fear never becomes an obstacle to your success. Facing your fears is one of the best ways to get rid of them. If you are worried about speaking in front of people, the more you practice it the less nervous you will be. Try practicing your speech in front of your family or friends before you do it in front of your designated audience. This can help you become more self-confident. Make sure you get feedback from your loved ones on your presentation so you can fix any issues before your big day.

Trust in a positive outcome

Too many people are discouraged about their abilities because they set themselves goals that are too difficult to achieve. So please start by setting small goals that you can achieve easily. Once you have built a stream of successes that make you feel good about yourself, you can then move on to harder goals. Make sure that you also keep a list of all your achievements, both large and small, to remind yourself of the times that you have done well. Instead of focusing only on “to-do" lists, I like to spend time reflecting on “did-it" lists. Reflecting on the major milestones and goals you’ve achieved is a great way to reinforce confidence in your skills.
